A Brand-New Look for Filling Homes Community Center

After Oldcastle Precast and LJ Irving Demolition, both of Napoleon, donated thousands of dollars to transform the exterior of the Filling Homes Community Center site for Adult Day Services, it was time to take on the inside. Pride Flooring of Toledo did that with a carpet renovation.

Filling Homes said bye-bye to the “roller rink orange” floor and updated the look of the Center’s interior with a fresh coat of paint and a whole lot of new, neutral-colored carpet! Pride Flooring of Toledo had a hand in this too. Not only did they do the install, but owner Bill Barrett shared the bounty of his excess inventory and donated the flooring materials for the offices and entry ways. This saved the project nearly $2,700!

The facility looks great and has been well-received by the 30 Adult Day Service clients who attend there as well as the 50+ community walkers who find sheltered exercise there every week.
